At Nutridome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty selection. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Nutridome account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
